Mr. Mthunzi Mdwaba built his career as an entrepreneur, deal-maker and negotiator and was until November 2010,the Group CEO of Torque IT, South Africa, a world class company dedicated to Computer Technical Training Solutions, as well as the Deputy CEO of the Kelly Group.Kelly Group is a listed entity on the JSE Support Services section. He and his partners sold Torque IT in a Multi Million Rand transaction to the Kelly Group.

Charmaine Moncho obtained a higher diploma in Information systems from The University of South Africa (Unisa) she recently obtained her degree in Marketing Management at IMM (institute of Marketing Management) and she currently doing her BPhil Honours in Marketing Management.

She joined Torque IT in 2004 as Mthunzi 's assistant and is the one of the founding members of Women in H20.
